Qing stared at the items, too injured to even care. All he wanted was enough mana to cast a heal and remove the agony. Just breathing hurt, and blood still dripped from his face.

Finally, he could cast Healing Breeze. The pain receded, and he forced himself up, stumbling over and snapping up the items as he collapsed onto his bottom.

Finally ready, Qing stood, took a deep breath, and before moving on, he turned to where he thought Earth would be watching from.

His throat tightened as he thought of meimei, lying in her hospital bed, watching his fight with Selfish Qing. What if she believed what he had said?
